HOTEL RESERVATIONS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By proceeding with the reservation you accept and agree with ND Hotel Melaka (the Hotel) that the reservation (details of which are set out above), if accepted by us, shall be on the terms and conditions as follows:

Check in time : 1500 pm
Check out time : 1200 noon
Late Check out are chargeable at RM10.00 per hour; if more than 4 hours, we will charge one night full rate

In the event of an early departure, full room rate will be charged for your stay

The Hotel shall not be responsible for money, jewellery and /or other valuables belonging to guest and shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injured suffered by guest(s).
Room amenities are provided; any items missing from your room after your departure will be charged to you or your credit card. The Hotel reserves the right to charge to you or your credit card for any delayed charges incurred after your departure.

Major credit cards are accepted

The Hotel reserves the right to make rate changes as it deem fit with or without prior notice
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card, charge a deposit or charge the full price of the reservation up-front to guarantee the booking.
Please note that debit cards cannot be used to secure your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancel or amend within 72 hours prior to arrival or failure to arrive at hotel (no show) will incur the first night charge.

Tax Information

Room Rates : + 6% GST

Must be Paid Upon Check in :

Heritage Tax : RM 2.00 per room per night
Tourism Tax : RM10.00 per room per night (for non-Malaysian only; valid MY PR card are exempted)

Booking Conditions

Children under 12 stay for free if using existing bedding. Children aged 12 or over must use an extra bed (RM30.00 per bed per night +6% GST). Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose. No Refundable after booking.
