Terms & Conditions:

1. Each voucher can be redeemed for ONE (1) DELUXE ROOM for TWO (2) PERSONS and ONE (1)
   NIGHT stay only.
2. A print-out copy of the e-voucher must be presented upon check-in. Rooms are subject to
   availability.
3. An additional charge of RM2 nett per room per night (Melaka Heritage Tax) will be collected
   upon check-in.
4. A surcharge of RM50 will be imposed during Saturdays, public holiday eve, public holidays, and
   school holidays (to pay upon check-in). Please contact the hotel on the exact dates with
   surcharges.
5. All rates and surcharges are nett. Notwithstanding the above, ND HOTEL reserves the rights to
   revise the room rates quoted herein should there be a revision and/or imposition of new
   tax/levy by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest and collected upon
   check-in.
6. Hotel check-in: 2pm; check-out: 12pm
7. Validity period of e-voucher may be extended only in the case that a government mandated
   travel ban or restriction is imposed by the Malaysian Government, and/or as extended from time
   to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction shall be applied onto the
   preceding validity period of the e-voucher. ND HOTEL reserves the rights to change, modify, or
   amend the conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
8. This e-voucher is not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
9. ND HOTEL shall not be held responsible for the loss of the e-voucher and any losses or damages
   suffered by the bearer of this e-voucher arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of
   the e-voucher.
10. The voucher is valid from 10/08/2020 to 31/08/2021.
